Swedan is a rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapy where steam is used. Steam infused with herbs and essentials oils is used to relax the mind and body. It helps to detoxify and create a sense of relaxation. According to Ayurveda Swedan is said to increase circulation, help with detoxification and increase flexibility in joints.
Swedan provides greater benefits when combined with Abhyanga massage.
This is a prepaid service. Once the session is paid and we receive notification of payment, we will call you to get scheduled.
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To help us provide timely care for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 hours or more before your appointment: No cancellation or rescheduling fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $105 late cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: You will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Notice is calculated based on your scheduled appointment time.
