Description
Shirodhara is a very relaxing Ayurveda therapy. ‘Shiro’ in sanskrit means head and ‘Dhara’ means stream. In shirodhara, liquid such as herbal decoction is poured gently on the forehead as a stream. Shirodhara is customized based on a person’s prakriti and dosha. This relaxation technique is said to calm the mind and rejuvenate the senses. Highly recommended for stress relief and improving sleep ! Come and experience the wonders of ‘Shirodhara’!
It is recommended to add Shirodhara to an Abhyanga session to experience maximum stress relief!
This is a prepaid service. Once the session is paid and we receive notification of payment, we will call you to get scheduled.
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To help us provide timely care for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 hours or more before your appointment: No cancellation or rescheduling fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $105 late cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: You will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Notice is calculated based on your scheduled appointment time.
