The one day Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Retreat package consists of a personalized Ayurveda Consult, Shirodhara, Udvartan, Abhyanga and swedan. The Ayurvedic Therapies in this package are specially chosen to help with detoxification, relaxation, stress relief and deliver an ayurvedic experience like none other.
Abhyanga is a rejuvenating herbal oil body massage. According to Ayurveda, Abhyanga massage helps to balance Vata, improves lymph flow and provides stress relief. Abhyanga nourishes the body and relaxes the mind. Each Abhyanga massage is customized for your specific dosha type (Prakriti). This is a gentle oil massage.
Shirodhara is a very relaxing Ayurveda therapy. ‘Shiro’ in sanskrit means head and ‘Dhara’ means stream. In shirodhara, liquid such as herbal decoction is poured gently on the forehead as a stream. Shirodhara is customized based on a person’s prakriti and dosha. This relaxation technique is said to calm the mind and rejuvenate the senses. Highly recommended for stress relief and improving sleep ! Come and experience the wonders of ‘Shirodhara’! In Udvartana, dry herbal powder or herbal paste with oil is used as a scrub and gently massaged on the body. This therapy helps to increase lymph flow and makes the skin more radiant. This type of massage exfoliates, improves skin tone and stimulates body’s metabolism which may help with overall weight-loss. Swedan is a rejuvenating Ayurvedic therapy where steam is used. Steam infused with herbs and essentials oils is used to relax the mind and body. It helps to create a sense of relaxation. According to Ayurveda Swedan is said to increase circulation and increase flexibility in joints.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To help us provide timely care for all clients, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Providing advance notice allows us to offer your appointment time to another client in need.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- 48 hours or more before your appointment: No cancellation or rescheduling fee.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice: A $105 late cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: You will be responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Notice is calculated based on your scheduled appointment time.
