The Taste of Nutrition package includes initial visit and 5 customized follow-ups. This is a 3 month program. Our dietitian will assess your current nutrition status, evaluate food log, identify areas to enhance nutrition status, meal planning, recommend a healthy diet & lifestyle and create an individualized nutrition plan that meets your needs. We work one on one with every client to create a program that is personalized for them. Each follow up consult includes assessing how well you have been able adhere to the nutrition plan and modifying the nutrition plan per your needs.
